Building Operator Certification (BOC) is a competency-based training and certification program for building operators.  Students gain the knowledge and skill sets to identify and implement opportunities to increase building performance, improve occupant comfort, and reduce  energy.  Participants consistently save money in their facilities – up to $20,000 a year – thanks to energy conservation projects, air quality improvements, and other initiatives.

BOC training doesn’t just improve facility efficiency – it improves your career outlook as well.  Many of our graduates report they have received advancement opportunities since completing the BOC program.

If you want your facility team and buildings to operate at peak performance, the BOC will help get you there.  We give your staff hands-on training that saves energy, cut costs, and keeps occupants safe and comfortable.

Increase utilization of staff by providing a comprehensive understanding of building systems and maintenance practices.  These new skills will deliver savings and increase department credibility.

The BOC is offered throughout the U.S. and is recognized by the Federal government as conforming to the Federal Buildings Personnel Training Act.   Thanks to a well-rounded knowledge and practical, applicable skills, a BOC graduate saves an average of $20,000 per year in energy alone; not to mention the value driven to the bottom line by improving occupant comfort and productivity.

BOC is the industry’s longest-running energy efficiency training program, and we offer the best value of any training provider.
